Court of Lions Fountains
Found: July 20, 2013
On the exterior of what was the Halls Building and is now a parking garage in Country Club Plaza are three fountains known as the Court of Lions fountains. Each fountain consists of water flowing out of a leonine face and into a basin or basins below.
Fountain #1, pictured above, is on the West face of the building facing Central Street. It faces and is easily accessible from the sidewalk.
Fountain #2, below, is on the Southwest corner and faces Ward Parkway.
Fountain #3, below, is on the Southeast corner and also faces Ward Parkway.
Fountains #2 and #3 are a little tough to see as there are trees, flowers and vegetation surrounding both and neither have a dedicated path leading to them.
